Hi! I travel frequently for business and have begun booking conference rooms in the hotels I’m staying in as it’s easier than going off site. So far, I’ve had 4 “events” in the last 3 months. Only one has been credited to my account. One of them I’ve been waiting for 3 months and have sent multiple (nice) emails with no response. Any suggestions on how to get these handled quickly without having to email weekly and being ignored? Thanks!!
