Platinum escalation for unanswered emails

I've had Platinum status for 9 years and never had an issue with responses from Customer Support.  But trying to get bonus points credited from a stay in August has been a surprising (i.e. disappointing) ordeal.  Using the "contact us" templates on the website have gotten me no where.  

Is there an email address that can be used for this simple request?  I've had the stay credited, but the bonus points were never credited.  Responses I've received state "We've already credited your nights" but they fail to understand that the issue is for the bonus points.  Granted, in the scheme of things, not a huge problem - but the lack of response is concerning.

Grateful if anyone can point me in the right direction.....
