How do I get an ereciept? I did online checkout the other day and never received an emailed receipt......
Make sure your email account is correctly identified in your Marriott.Com loyalty profile and then under Communications Preferences select the items you want to receive. Many times, not all, when your stay posts to your Account Activity screen, a link will also appear that allows you to download your bill. That can sometimes take a couple days to a week. If you need a receipt quickly you will need to call the hotel back and ask them to send you a folio via Email. Verify that they have recorded your Loyalty Number correctly so that they send it via your Marriott.Com loaded email/rewards number. Cheers!
Thanks, i have all of that setup and pre-merger use to always either get the receipts emailed or have them available on the account activity screen. Ever since the merger neither has happened for any of my stays. Month and a half after my stay, still do not have links on the activity screen to download. Really annoying to have to call each hotel after every stay.

Since mid Sept I have been getting them reliably
Last 3 stays (Fairfield,Courtyard,Fairfield) I have also been emailed a pre bill about 6am local time.
Hotmail for some reason is sticking them in my spam folder, even when I add the address as a contact so I have to play close attention.
