Missing Rewards Points Not Credited after 3 months

I didn't get rewards credit for the last 3 stays at Marriott locations.  I've called but I can never get through when I have the time to call (usually after work) and my multiple emails to customer service have gone completely unanswered.  I've been trying since June and pretty upset at this point

 

What's the process to escalate this to escalate this to management?
