Has anyone else had a Birthday since the merger? I have always gotten a birthday elite night credit email
- but this year I got nothin. Could one of the community managers help?

We appreciate all of the great advice given to one another on this thread and would like to add... If you are experiencing difficulty with receiving your Birthday Elite night credit please first confirm that you have your birthday properly added to your profile, are subscribed to receive both email and "news and offers from partners" and have had a stay in the last year. If you have met these requirements then please send us a support request. If you have received the email and no credit please include a screenshot of the email in your support request.

I received my credit after the August 18th combining of stuff.
I wonder if the combining of our accounts somehow altered our preferences or profile information? I have never changed it and my birthday is still there on my profile...
Probably not, but best to check your profile. Make sure you have the Communication Preferences updated that also allow Marriott and "Partners" to send you emails. That is part of the key.
I sent an email and acknowledged I had my bday and the right boxes checked in profile. No response. And, still no fix for my status. I’m starting to think everyone else had their status update correctly for them already. Do you guys think I should just buck up and call rather than turn in tickets via emAil?

stellaky we are not sure what email address you sent your information to but if you send us a support request under the support tab we can look in to this for you. Please include attachments of screen shots where possible.
My birthday is today and I am still waiting for the birthday elite credit. I haven't even received the email yet.
