How many folks have received this error and no one can fix it? When you call they give you every excuse under the sun. I was even told you can't transfer points until 9/18/18 to any airlines is why I receive this error. Spent over 8 hours on the phone Confirming myself with different agents and the most I get is they can't help call tomorrow. Does anyone know what's needed to fix this?
