i had stayed at courtyard by mariott norwalk hotel for 21days due to business trip to USA
at that time they reflected incorrect charge on my invoice, i had complained this problem over 5times through call and e-mail also via Marriott customer service, incorrect charge was already paid from my bank account because they didn't fix this problem!!! they didn't rebate incorrect charge still since end of July,
i;m really curious why this problem happened? why their response is too late???? why why?
i can not understand, and Please fix this problem asap i have to upload my invoice to my company!!!!!!!!!!!!
