Going on 10 days since the merger, there are clearly still issues to be resolved. I'm kind of flabbergasted that there's pretty much radio silence on Marriott's end about status updates. The banner at the top of the website mentioning issues is gone, and status.marriott.com says everything is up and running, including lifetime status. My status is still incorrect.
If I were them, I would at least send out a communication acknowledging the issues and state that they're working on them. They don't even need to really provide an ETA. But the lack of communication could leave some people wondering if their issues are even known to the mothership.
I'm still in the "it's not affecting me *yet* so I'm not worried about it" camp, but man oh man, just give everyone an update.
