Customer Service falling short?

First time it happened to me that a request for missing stay - filed via website - was completely ignored.. after a month of silence sent another request, this time copying Rewards Procedures <rewards.procedures@marriott-service.com> and still no news.

 

Is it just a glitch impacting me or anyone else is experiencing the same?

 

Hoping this is not going to be the post merger trend....
