When is something too trivial to complain?

I recently stayed at a JW Marriott and requested extra soap and 2 extra pillows for the pull out sleeper for my daughter.  After dinner we found the soap but no pillows so I called again.  They were to be immediately delivered but never showed up.  Made due with a rolled up towel.  

 

Is this worthy of a complaint?  I know Marriott prides themselves on service.  Seems like it was a bit lacking in this case.
