It appears both the new Chase Marriott and old give 15 nites a year. The old card also appears to give you a nite for every $3000 charged.

The new card fails to let you maintain this benefit and caps you at 15 nights per year from the program.

If if this is correct I hope that we can advise users of this benefit disappearing along with the lounge benefit for gold members.

Hopefully Marriott will reconsider making these huge cuts for members. I have just over a million points and 417 lifetime nights. I’ve been a gold member for 3 years. I am really disappointed in Marriott as they are to eliminating the lounge for gold elite & duping card holders by not being transparent in a effort to get card holders to upgrade to the new card at an additional cost by offering 10k points and eliminating the ability to earn additional nights for every $3000 charged on their current card.

How disappointing!
