I am sure I am not the first to post on this, but after 13 years as a Plat-with great ease to communicate with Marriott-its now impossible. The plat line has nothing but voice prompts. Indefinite holds-I have tried three times in the last two days and given up 30+ mins. This is boarding on neglect as I have a serious item to resolve. I was charged a deposit for a December reservation when the terms did not require one.
