Paid for room due to cancellation policy but no points?

With the new cancellation policy I recently got stuck for one room night. Not a big deal as it was a company thing and I personally not out any money. My question is this....I didn't receive my folio by email as usual and as of now I haven't been credited with the stay points wise. I did call the hotel directly and had the folio emailed to me for expense purposes but what about the points?
