Can anybody give me the name of Marriott's Head of Customer Services. I have spent 3 months trying to get some kind of satisfaction from SPG Elite Customer Services in Ireland to no effect.They maintain that they did things that the hotels confirm that they didn't. They insist that they have e-mail confirmations but refuse to send them to me. They also insist that 2 e-mails sent by me and confirmed as delivered, have not been received.
This customer service department has recently been taken over by Marriott staff who obviously have no idea about the SPG Program, which I believe is not quite dead yet!
