firstname.lastname@example.org, you can resolve this issue relatively easily by calling the platinum hotline number on your membership card. As you note, a number of Insiders have had similar issues, and they are almost always resolved with a quick call to customer service. That said, there are some delays being experienced by a few folks on the CS numbers these days with all the program changes having driven up call volumes. No worries; call in, tell the automated attendant you want to “combine accounts” so you can get right through to a representative, and then get enrolled. If i were a betting man, I’d say it won’t take more than 10 minutes and you will be all set. Call while you are doing something else at work, and the hold music will keep you company
Now, if you care to ponder this problem further. Why do some people have enrollment issues and some don’t? Those are the things that will drive a person mad, as there seems to be no rhyme or reason ... it doesn’t matter whether you are platinum, platinum premier, silver or gold - it happens to everyone eventually.... You are far better off making the call, and forgetting about the mysteries of the world.

I have the same issue. This happens frequently for my account and usually someone from Marriott who monitors this forum has to enroll me.
