I joined Marriott at a previous employer and used my employers email as my log in. I now work elsewhere and need to change email address which i have been unable to do as i have no access to the old emaal account to validate.
I have also used my home email address to open a second account thus nulifing that as an alternative email address to link to my account.
Complicated i know.
I have some missed stays on my points account also and have not been able to resolve for the same email address access reason.
Can you assist with changing my email address please?
