Springhill tempe~ March 31... chose this hotel because of having airport shuttle. I was coming in late evening and had 3 teens Coming at midnight. When I called for shuttle , I was informed no shuttle that night but they would pay for Uber. I had never used Uber before nor wanted to then. Also did not want teens in Uber at midnight alone. I was very uncomfortable with at all at expressed that concern and the sole reason for choosing this hotel with shuttle. Hotel said they would give me 10,000 bonus points. After 2 weeks of no points posted, I called hotel and manager said points would be posted by the end of the day. That was 4 days ago. STILL, no points. I have used Marriott for 20 years faithfully. Some branches are not living up to the brand anymore.
