One for housekeeping points of 1000 which didn't post after 14 days, one for double charging room on the day and day after check-out, and one for IT issue on reservation. C

I commented on another post before simply to state that I keep a tally of my stays and then do a call a month to address the point misses, mistakes, and miscalculations. Frustrating and time consuming for sure, but obviously its significant enough of a value to go through those numerous holds and transfers and explanations. Enjoy!
So... did you make the calls or put them off dreading the energy the process is going to drain from you ?
