I have reched my Platinum status in SPG program and have linked both accounts long time ago. However, my Marriott account still shows I am a Gold elite member. I emailed the customer support yesterday but so far no change. Can anyone help to check?
Thanks for reaching out with this, your Marriott Rewards status should have upgraded automatically within 24 hours and you should have received a confirmation email. Could you kindly send us a direct message with your SPG and Rewards account numbers so we may look into this for you?
