I've noticed this with the new site as well. I've had to resort to zooming way out and screenshotting to submit expense reports. This is extremely inconvenient for the business traveler, no clue why they would remove the download functionality.
In the absence of a download, why can't you ask the hotel to e-mail it to you? That's what I do, usually through using the app to checkout, or at reception if app checkout is not possible.
Thank you for proposing such a superior solution, I wasn't aware that there were so many other options. How could I be such a fool?
