While the concept sounds simple, the execution with Marriott on these types of things is awful! This week they were late to post the trivia, and then a common problem is that they completely ignore replies. As is the case with IT and Marriott in the past, I imagine that there is some poor soul trying to keep up with all the replies coming in. But it is obnoxious when you post your reply when and 5 hours later there isn't a reply but yet numerous others show a replies within minutes.
When you're trying to promote your social media side through this type of promotion, you should nail it instead of embarrassing yourselves. Anyone else experience the fails of today?
