I had the worst chat with Marriott Customer care. They cancelled my reservation and will not refund either my amount.
Tried calling them thru two phones and in both cases was in hold for an hour. UNACCEPTABLE.

I am with you customer care does not respond then the courtyard by Marriott did not respond. Support Request is not responding. They are no help. I just want my money back for my canceled stays but nobody wants to help.
