I noticed a OTA was offering lower rates than marriott.com, so I filed a Look No Further claim. I received an email stating that my claim was approved, but the rate in my reservation on marriott.com has not been updated. I replied to the approval email to point out the discrepancy, but I have not received a response after 4 days. I filed a second Look No Further claim to follow up. The second claim was denied without reference to my comment about the previously approved claim not posting to the reservation.
