Fairfield Fossil Creek Nightmare

I booked three nights at the Fairfield Fossil creek through Hotels.com.  I paid in advance for the room.  When i received my credit card bill, the hotel billed me an additional 108 dollars.  During the stay the elevator broke.  I called the front desk and explained i had a bad knee, however the person at the desk simply apologized for the elevator but would not move me from the top floor to the first floor.  Poor management at this hotel.  I would avoid if you are traveling to the dfw area.
