Every stay this year even as platinum elite has been incorrectly or not posted at all.

i book on Marriott website

give card at reception

vheck invoice on checkout

still 100% wrong

and now you cannot even use customer services to complain without a copy of invoice. Why must I fix Marriott quality issues.
