Why doesn't my previous stays for this month show in my account?I've even uploaded receipts to the missing reservation website under rewards section.

Hi - i also have the same issue - 2 missing stays for 18th & 19th August. I have phoned customer services who took all of my details. I have spoken to the hotel who said they would message customer services for me. I have e-mailed customer services and not had a reply. Not sure what else to do.
