Recently, I called the Marriott rewards center as I was missing some points from a recent stay. I had to call 3 times before my issue was resolved. The 1st two times I was told that I had stayed for an event and hence there were no points associated with the stay. The 3rd time I called I had to explain that the code used by my travel agent for booking my room was misinterpreted by the previous representatives. The representative o n my 3rd call was super nice and knowledgeable and deposited the points to my account.
