I stayed at 138 Richland Hills Dr in San Antonio, TX and my vehicle was broken into and valuables stolen w/doors locked on 9/30/17. Went to the front desk to report it and was told that it has been a long time since the last break in. But come to find out when the cops came to file a report that it happens quite frequently. The front desk never made me aware or warned us about possible break ins.Employees even told us that they had 1 last week and at Residence Inn nearby. If we had known, we would have parked in front or not stay there at all. Will Marriot compensate us or are we just screwed?
