I keep getting directed to a default webpage and can't book rooms most of the time. Is everyone else having issue's with the new page working properly?
Many are, and apparently, weekends seem to be the most troublesome. I was unable to book an awards stay yesterday and had to call to do it.
Is a new Marriott website on the way? ( 1 2 3 4)
Apparently Marriott is testing their eventual new site and we are serving as the test market (w/o any other communication).
I have had all kinds of issues dealing with whatever website shows up when I sign in. Can't see senior rates, can't finite to an area I want to book at, get different rates when I book on a hotel than what is in the initial search, and on and on. Wish Marriott IT had the sense to TEST their product before they throw it at us.
Well, your Insider feistiness (keep up the good work ), means either:
A) Bad news - your Naples abode was damaged and you need to get the heck out of town
B) Good news - your Naples home survived, you want to celebrate your good fortune by traveling and Marriott IT is determined to make you

Neither! The new Naples abode is behind schedule and, for once, I was happy about the delay! Guess I'm just getting cranky about all these updates with marriott-dot-com and the Insiders site that work like dog poop. It's like some IT genius gets a new idea and they throw it out there without testing it! It's really aggravating.

Agreed tef6178, the new "improved & enhanced" Marriott site is driving me crazy & is less user friendly. I checked in on-line, the day prior to my arrival, and the new version of the site shows my stay as being "in progress", so I'm unable to view it at that point. Furthermore, AFTER a stay is complete, up until one day later, the new site gives me an option to "cancel reservation" then says I'm subject to cancellation penalty since the cancellation window has past!
