Lately Marriott released it's new app version for Android, which has the same look & feel as the IOS
However, this version seems to be useless as it keeps crashing after you login
to your account, and thus impossible to be used.
When I emailed the mobile app customer support I received the following
I’m sorry for the difficulty you are experiencing when attempting to use the
mobile app. We are aware of the issue and are working to have this
resolved as quickly as possible.
This kind of response makes me wonder why did you release such a faulty version
in the first place?! And also: who the hell is doing your quality assurance and
pre-release testing - Santa??
This situation is enormously annoying as now we can't use the app
Has anyone else experienced the same?
