Honesty

Last week I spent 5 days at the Fairfield Inn on 4500S in Salt Lake City. It was an uneventful stay (which is exactly what I want). Checked out Friday morning, drove 12 hours back to California. Unpacked and then realized I had forgotten my backpack which contained my laptop, notepad, various computer accessories, etc.

Called the hotel with fingers crossed. I figured the odds of recovering what I left behind were slim as those kind of items are easily sold. Before I could connect to the hotel they called me to let me know it had been turned in. They UPSed it to me and everything was intact.

It's nice to see there are still honest people in the world. I'd like to particularly thank Gloria Reyes who was the staff member who turned it in.

Great location, nice people, wonderful cookies and honest to boot.

I'll stay there again. So should you if you're in SL.
