How do I get rewards credit for a recent stay? I thought it would be automatic when I called in a reservation

firstname.lastname@example.org - You've come to the right place! Please fill out a Missing Stay, Customer Support form located under the Get Help tab at the top of the page. This will ask you to fill in all the necessary information needed to make sure this stay is added to your account. It is best to include a copy of your folio as that will help expedite the process. If you do not have a copy to pass along, we can reach out to the hotel on your behalf, however this process can take a bit longer. Once we've received your customer support form, we'll take a look and make sure all eligible credit will be added to your account.
