Horrible experience at Renaissance Las Vegas

Just checked in to the Renaissance LV, and had the worst check-in experience ever. Got to the front desk and provide my cc and id, but the person looked annoyed we were checking in at 3:00am. She did not acknowledge my platinum status, or offer us our platinum welcome gift. I asked about an upgrade option with our status and was told that we were already upgraded, by providing us a high floor room. We already booked a high floor room, so there was no upgrade there. I also asked about our $25 daily f&b credit, and was told we didnt have that offer. I inisisted that she check again, before i showed her my phone that had the f&b credit on our reservation, before she provided the credit.

 

This property has gone through some recent changes for the worst. A $22 amenity fee and a ridiculous $35 parking fee. Now horrible service along with it. I have stayed at this property at least 5 times in the past 2 years. Will take my business elsewhere for our next 2 trips this year.
