Correct Elite Status email

I'm so angry about the email that "misidentified your Elite or Lifetime Elite Status." 


Based on this I spent hours making travel plans for the summer. I expect more from Marriott than a "sincerest apology." 


They also make it impossible to find out your status on the website. 


Arghh.  They aren't doing much for my loyalty.
