I have some concerns about my recent stay at the Ritz Carlton, Kapalua from Jan 3rd-Jan 8th 2017. Does anyone know which is the best way to get someone look into my complaints?

Good morning I have placed a complaint over 3 months ago and it has not been resolved, how can I rectify. I stayed at Aruba location my room was flooded out by maintenance and the hotel is offering 100. A slap in the face.
