I'm wondering if any one else has encountered a situation like this. A year and a half ago I received one of those MVC offers for rewards people to come stay and sit through a sales presentation for a steep discount. We did the sales presentation and purchased the encore package to come back a year later. Last month we had our encore and sales presentation and decided to purchase. Instead of it being my husband and I who purchased it was my mom and I. We did all the contracts as my mom and I and everything seemed fine. Then I received an email addressed to my husband and I so I responded and questioned about the names, no response. Then we received our welcome packet and cards with you guessed it, my husband and my names on it. I called our Sales rep who had no clue why this mistake happened but promised to get back to me and correct this. That was over 2 weeks ago. Last week our Vacation Specialist called to see if we wanted to start planning, we explained the issue and she was stunned but promised she would look into it and get this corrected. I don't understand why it is so hard to get names correct when they are on the contract and they have all of our personal info and nothing on my husband. Has anyone ever encountered anything like this? Our contract is set to close in 2 months after our final payment and I want this fixed before then. Any advice or suggestions? Thanks!
