It's always an issue with those Make a Green Choice points. It never fails. This is the one thing that annoys me about Starwood, but I still love SPG with all my heart <3 LOL

StarGuy I recently had to cancel a reservation back in last feb, just to have enough points for an upcoming stay due to this error
