Upon check in I asked if the mold in my last room had been taken care of. The guy said the whole hotel was renovated (they had mold issues before clearly!). I said, yes but I was here last Sunday. I think he was shocked. I am thinking no, nothing was done.
Well stay two was similar to stay one, but this time no mold. The ceiling was clearly not addressed during the renovation.
Shower instead of a bathtub.
This hotel and the app have some pretty bad communication issues.
While my room was ready when I checked in, the app didn't let me know. This morning when I went to check out, the app would not give me the option. I called the hotel to tell them. I gave my room number and the lady asked what time I had checked in, like she could not find that I even checked in.... omg! LOL
My efolio was emailed after my call so hopefully things go smooth.
Next stay will be this Thursday... same dreadful place.
