What's up on the website? I tried for 45 minutes to book a room at the Grand in Point Clear, AL, and finally gave up. I couldn't get the number of adults in the room to 2; the site favored 1 or 3. So, I decided to do the 800 number. After listing to at least two minutes of website promo, I was given an opportunity to participate in a survey at the end of my call. I made my reservations with someone who didn't share her name (personal peeve), and got it done. When the survey came on, it was the same question over and over. What's up? Yall are usually much better communicators than this!
