I was quite disappointed in Marriott with the annual Platinum Elite gift this year. First, it took research on the internet to even figure out the purpose. After figuring it out, I came to the quick conclusion that a fold up valet is a waste. For a loyal customer who spent 100 plus nights at Marriott hotels, I would have rather received something else of value. Perhaps, more points, blue tooth headphones, or something else travel related. Bottom line,  you got it wrong for 2017!
