As we have had good stays at the Hartford/Windsor Marriott hotel in past years when leaving out of Bradley airport we wanted to stay at this hotel one night and then leave my car there for 4 nights while we took a trip. I called the hotel on 5/2/2017 around 10:00 AM to ask what will my charge be for leaving the car there 4 nights. The phone rang more than 30 times and no one answered it. I called again about 10 minutes later and still no one answered. I booked our room using reward points online. I then called around 2:00 PM and was told I needed to purchase the 'Stay and Fly' which costs $199.00. Thinking I might not had been clear that I was using points I called again around 10:00 AM on 5/3/2017 and left a voice mail message explaining the situation and asked them to call me back. Receiving no call back by evening, I cancelled my reservations and re booked at the Courtyard Hartford Windsor. When I called the Courtyard hotel the woman who answered was extremely helpful and friendly and provided me with the information I needed. It has now been more than 24 hours since I left message at the Marriott and still no one has had the courtesy to call me back.
And, as of this date (5/29/217) no one from the hotel has had the courtesy to even reply to me.
