Dear General Manager Residence Inn marriott

Over the years, I have had many pleasurable stays at your hotel chain. However, my visit on Jan 20th 2012 was unfortunately a horrible exception. I am certain that once you are aware of what transpired, you will be as appalled as I am.

Here's what happen,  I found the master bedroom the top sheet had dired blood stains on it, This sheets could not have been changed I snapped a pic for evidence I took the sheet to the front desk. this was a HEALTH hazard and you dont seam to care I will contact the health department and Copr will know about this as well this and to be a gold elite member and to be treated like this is just un professional and not very hospitality The Upstairs toilet would not stop running, Second the Ethernet cabel was unplugged I had to troubleshoot the problem I finally got on my hands and knees and traced down the wire it was unplugged from the wall and third the closet door by the front door would not stay shut lock sticking, After Contacting the front desk twice I have found more problems I am very grossed out and sickened by what I found the master bedroom the top sheet had dired blood stains on it, This sheets could not have been changed I snapped a pic for evidence and i saved the sheat its off and by the front door. THIS was a HEALTH hazard and you dont seam to care I will contact the health department and Copr will know about this as well this and to be a gold elite member and to be treated like this is just un professional and not very hospitality like and to top it all off your kicking me out a night early when your done said I would stay

As you can imagine, the experience fell far short of my expectations -- considering the great deal of money I have spent with your company during my multiple visits. I also frequently recommend your accommodations to other travelers.
